Mission Context

In a constantly evolving environment with increasing training needs, they are recruiting a
Technical Trainer
to join their team.

The role involves delivering
practical and theoretical training
for
mechanics
and
inspectors
, particularly in
aircraft maintenance fundamentals
and
LEAP-1A / LEAP-1B engine modules
.

The trainer will join an established team and contribute to ensuring the
effective integration
of new trainees into a demanding operational environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Train newcomers in aeronautical fundamentals
  • Conduct workshops on best practices for
    mechanics
    and
    inspectors
    in a hands-on training environment.
  • Train on LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines
  • Teach the processes for
    assembling, disassembling, and inspecting
    LEAP engines, in full compliance with
    technical
    and
    safety procedures
    .
  • Interpret technical documentation
  • Support learners in understanding
    technical manuals
    (Engine Shop Manual) in
    French & English
    .
  • Coordinate with the training team
  • Work closely with other trainers to plan, manage, and adapt the
    training schedule
    according to needs.
  • Monitor learner progress
  • Provide personalized feedback, identify
    strengths
    and
    areas for improvement
    , and ensure that
    learning objectives
    are achieved.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    Vocational diploma (BEP or BAC Pro) in Aeronautical Maintenance
  • Experience:
    4–10 years of experience in aircraft engine maintenance
  • Previous training experience is an advantage, though strong instructional potential will also be considered.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in dismantling, reassembling, and testing aircraft engines, particularly LEAP-1A / LEAP-1B
  • Proficiency in technical English, especially for interpreting maintenance manuals
  • Experience in an aeronautical workshop, with solid knowledge of flight safety procedures, HSE standards, and quality systems
