Êtes-vous prêt à relever un défi passionnant et à jouer un rôle clé dans l'exécution de projets innovants ? Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de projets (ESL) pour notre site de Saint-Laurent-Sur-Sèvre en Vendée, où vous aurez l'opportunité de : Faire partie d'une équipe dynamique - Piloter des projets clients - Contribuer à l'innovation - Avoir un impact direct sur la satisfaction de nos Clients.

VOTRE MISSION

En tant que Project Manager, vous serez responsable de la bonne exécution des projets qui vous sont confiés, en interaction avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires :

  • Définir et piloter le périmètre de fourniture lors de la réunion de lancement pour assurer des bases solides au projet.
  • Gérer les évolutions du périmètre tout au long de l'exécution, en restant à l'écoute des besoins clients et en assurant l'adaptabilité du projet.
  • Superviser l'ensemble des activités d'exécution, dans le respect des délais, des coûts et des exigences qualité de Sidel.
  • Assurer un suivi quotidien des activités et jalons internes (S&OP, Zones, etc.), en garantissant une communication fluide entre toutes les parties prenantes.
  • Contribuer activement à l'optimisation des coûts, en lien avec notre Centre de Production.
  • Analyser les risques, établir des plans de mitigation et agir en amont pour éviter les dérives.
  • Coordonner les équipes projet, en veillant à la bonne synergie entre les fonctions concernées.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue, tant sur les processus que sur la qualité.
  • Suivre et remonter les indicateurs clés de performance, tout en valorisant les réussites.

VOTRE PROFIL

Qualification :
Master ou équivalent (Bac+5) – idéalement en ingénierie, gestion de projet ou domaine technique.

Compétences clés :
Esprit d'analyse et approche terrain
Forte capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement dynamique
Aisance en communication transversale et gestion multi-interlocuteurs
Bonne gestion du multitâche et sens des priorités

Langues :
Anglais : niveau avancé requis (échanges quotidiens à l'international)
La maîtrise d'une seconde langue étrangère est un atout supplémentaire
