Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integration solutions utilizing BMC Helix to facilitate smooth data exchanges across various applications.
- Create automation workflows aimed at improving operational efficiencies and reducing manual tasks.
- Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and translate these into technical specifications for integration.
- Perform ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting of integration systems to ensure continuous improvement and reliability.
- Document and maintain detailed records of integration processes, workflows, and operational guidelines.
- Keep abreast of new features and best practices related to BMC Helix and integration technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in integration or automation roles, specifically with BMC Helix.
- Comprehensive understanding of integration frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven experience in creating automation scripts and workflows.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and data exchange protocols.
