With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional IT service management solutions and optimizing business processes, Müller's Solutions provides organizations with the tools and expertise needed to achieve operational excellence and improved service delivery across various sectors.In this role, you will focus on analyzing, designing, and implementing workflows and processes within the BMC Helix ITSM platform. Your expertise will enhance the functionality and user experience of our IT service management tools, ensuring effective alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing processes and workflows within the BMC Helix ITSM platform to identify opportunities for improvement and optimizationDesign and implement efficient workflows that streamline IT service management processes, enhancing overall productivity and service qualityCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that solutions align with organizational needs and objectivesConduct training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation to support users in effectively leveraging workflow toolsMonitor and evaluate the performance of implemented workflows, making adjustments and enhancements as necessaryStay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to ITSM and workflow managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field3-5 years of experience in IT service management, specifically with BMC Helix or similar ITSM platformsStrong understanding of workflow design, process mapping, and optimization techniquesProficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersProven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesAbility to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced, team-oriented environmentCertifications in ITIL or other ITSM methodologies are a plusSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Müller's Solutions by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
