Nous recherchons un(e) Equipment Project Manager (H/F) pour notre site de Corcelles-lès-Cîteaux en Bourgogne. VOTRE MISSION

En tant qu'Equipment Project Manager, vous serez responsable de la bonne coordination des projets qui vous sont confiés, en interaction avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires :

  • Définir et piloter le périmètre de fourniture lors de la réunion de lancement pour assurer des bases solides au projet.
  • Gérer les évolutions du périmètre tout au long de l'exécution, en restant à l'écoute des besoins clients et en assurant l'adaptabilité du projet.
  • Superviser l'ensemble des activités d'exécution, dans le respect des délais, des coûts et des exigences qualité de Sidel.
  • Assurer un suivi quotidien des activités et jalons internes (S&OP, Zones, etc.), en garantissant une communication fluide entre toutes les parties prenantes.
  • Contribuer activement à l'optimisation des coûts, en lien avec notre Centre de Production.
  • Analyser les risques, établir des plans de mitigation et agir en amont pour éviter les dérives.
  • Coordonner les équipes projet, en veillant à la bonne synergie entre les fonctions concernées.
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue, tant sur les processus que sur la qualité.
  • Suivre et remonter les indicateurs clés de performance, tout en valorisant les réussites.

VOTRE PROFIL

Qualification :
Minimum Bac+3 ou équivalent en génie mécanique, gestion de projet ou domaine technique.

Compétences clés :
Esprit d'analyse, résolution de problèmes et approche terrain.
Aisance en communication et management d'équipes pluridisciplinaires.
Bonne gestion multi-tâches et sens des priorités.

Langues :
Anglais : niveau avancé requis.
La maîtrise d'une seconde langue étrangère est un atout supplémentaire.
