Salesforce Project Manager M/F
Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Oversight:
Establish and maintain PMO standards, frameworks, and best practices specific to Salesforce project delivery.
Develop and enforce project governance methodologies including documentation, status tracking, risk management, and reporting.
Salesforce Program Management Support & communication :
Coordinate cross-functional Salesforce initiatives spanning sales, service, marketing, and operations.
- Track dependencies and manage interrelated projects across teams such as sales operations, and IT.
Serve as the communication bridge between IT, business stakeholders.
Reporting & Metrics:
Monitor KPIs and project performance metrics, ensuring project alignment with Salesforce adoption goals and ROI expectations.
Prepare and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues in a proactive manner.
- Ensure contingency plans are in place for mission-critical Salesforce deployments and integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of project or program management experience and minimum 5 years in SaaS companies
- 5+ years of experience managing or supporting Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud…).
- Proven knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics in a manufacturing context.
- Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Business Analyst, etc.) are a plus.
- Familiarity with a quotation tool such as Conga .
