UBEES is the global leader in beekeeping applied to regenerative agriculture.

We partner with leading global brands (Nespresso, Nestle, Dole…) to implement sustainable beekeeping programs that increase crop productivity & yield, enhance biodiversity (lower carbon footprint, chemical use reduction, foster local ecosystems), boost small farmers income via revenue diversification and empower farmers in beekeeping activities. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, including advanced sensors, UBEES is revolutionizing sustainable agriculture by bridging the gap between beekeeping and modern farming practices.

Your Mission

As our Business Developer, you'll play a key role in expanding Ubees' client base and partnerships across multiple sectors (FMCG, beauty, agriculture, energy). Your role will be to identify new opportunities, drive leads through the sales funnel, and help structure impactful, sustainable offers that align with client needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new B2B leads worldwide (cold sales, conference participation, email campaigns, etc).
  • Manage the sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
  • Co-develop tailored offers with internal teams (tech, ops, marketing)
  • Represent Ubees at sustainability and innovation events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue
  • Help refine the go-to-market strategy and identify growth sectors
  • Build trusted relationships with sustainability and innovation leaders

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Experience in FMCGs, agri-food, or sustainability sectors
  • Strong understanding of sustainability and impact-driven business models
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Native or fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a startup environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per month
