Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.

John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela. Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.

In 2002, the French house became part of OTB. Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.

 

Au sein de notre corner MM6  aux Galeries Lafayette et sous la direction du Store Manager, nous recherchons un Team Leader.

Vous aurez les missions suivantes :

- Être responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux par une organisation efficace et efficiente de l'équipe.

- Assurer une expérience client sur mesure pour atteindre les objectifs individuels et collectifs

- Encadrer l'équipe avec le directeur de magasin en fournissant un retour d'information pour assurer la meilleure qualité d'expérience possible.

- Contribuer à l'amélioration des performances commerciales, à l'analyse des ventes et des stocks, à la rotation des produits et à la supervision du réapprovisionnement, ainsi qu'à l'amélioration de l'image de l'équipe.

- Faire preuve de leadership en fournissant un excellent service client personnalisé et en développant la clientèle par le biais d'initiatives de gestion de la relation client.

Profil : 

Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans la vente, idéalement du premium ou du luxe et une expérience d'au moins un an à gérer une équipeVous avez une solide expérience de la vente et du service à la clientèle et avez  une capacité démontrée à atteindre et à dépasser les objectifs de vente.Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre proactivité et votre capacité d'adaptationVous parlez français et anglais couramment
