Descriptif du poste

En tant qu'alternant Ops Specialist Allemagne et sous la responsabilité du Country Manager Allemagne, tu seras en lien direct avec notre communauté de chauffeurs professionnels pour les accompagner dans le succès de leurs missions de transport. Ta mission sera d'assurer le bon déroulement des transports en cours et garantir la promesse client. 

Ce poste est basé à Paris et est à pourvoir dès que possible.

Quelles seront tes missions au quotidien ?

  • Supporter notre communauté de chauffeurs professionnels dans leurs missions de transports
  • Solutionner les incidents de mission (no show, retards, litiges)
  • Assurer un suivi logistique des transports en cours

  • Taux de satisfaction client
  • Résolution d'incidents
  • Taux de réservation de mission

  • Bilingue Français et Allemand
  • Bac +2 ou supérieur
  • Tu es organisé.e et sais t'adapter rapidement
  • Tu as un bon relationnel
