Origination est une agence française de conseil en fusions-acquisitions et en intelligence économique. Nous accompagnons nos clients sur leurs sujets stratégiques, en France et à l'international. Nous intervenons sur les segments du small et mid-cap.
Dans le cadre de nos missions et du développement de notre structure, nous recherchons un analyste à partir de décembre/janvier 2025.
Responsabilités :
- Compréhension de la stratégie, du business model et des enjeux de nos clients
- Sourcing et cartographie des contreparties
(recherche de cibles potentielles) - Enrichissement des données et qualification des sociétés
(OSINT et HUMINT) - Rédaction de documents
(présentations, teaser, pitch, etc.) - Élaboration des éléments financiers
(business plan, montage financier et valorisation) - Participation aux réunions de travail avec les dirigeants et ou les contreparties
Profil recherché :
- Formation supérieure en finance, stratégie ou intelligence économique
(école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou université) - Au moins un an d'expérience en M&A, Transaction Services, Private Equity, finance d'entreprise, stratégie ou audit
- Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant
- Parfaite maîtrise du Pack Office et des bases de données
- Langues : bilingue français et anglais, une autre langue est un plus
- Valeurs : audace, autonomie et esprit entrepreneurial
