Nous accompagnons des clients ambitieux (PME, scale-ups, groupes) avec une vision SEO long terme, structurée et rentable.

Notre objectif à court terme est clair : renforcer le management SEO pour accompagner la croissance et maintenir un niveau d'exigence élevé sur la qualité et la satisfaction client.

Ton rôle

Chez Astrak, un SEO Manager/Team Lead SEO n'est pas un simple chef d'équipe.

C'est un référent SEO, capable de faire performer des clients et des consultants.

Ta mission : faire tourner une mini-unité SEO autonome, rentable et stable.

Responsabilités principales

  • Encadrement de
    3 à 4 consultants SEO
  • 6 à 7 jours de production client par mois
  • Validation des stratégies et livrables
  • Suivi de la satisfaction client
  • Transmission des bonnes pratiques SEO

KPI principal : Churn de ta team

Profil recherché

  • 2–3 ans en agence SEO
  • Très bon niveau opérationnel
  • Envie claire de management
  • Capacité à gérer pression, clients et équipe

  • Besoin de plusieurs Team Leads d'ici avril 2026
  • Poste clé dans la structuration de la production
  • Salaire : ~4 000 € brut / mois (selon profil)
  • Liberté d'organisation (remote total, horaires flexibles)
  • Environnement humain et dynamique, basé à Chiang Mai si tu veux t'y installer
