OOTI poursuit sa croissance et structure la mise en œuvre de ses OKR.
Nous recherchons un·e Project Coordinator organisé·e et rigoureux·se, dont la mission sera d'épauler le CEO et les leads de pôle dans le suivi et la bonne exécution des projets et objectifs de l'entreprise.

Au cœur de l'action, tu seras l'appui opérationnel qui veille à ce que chaque projet avance, que les objectifs soient atteints, et que les bonnes informations circulent.
Ton rôle : assurer la continuité, la visibilité et la fiabilité du suivi, en lien étroit avec les responsables de pôle et la direction.

Tes missions

Suivi des OKR & des projets (≈50%)

  • Épauler les leads de pôle dans le suivi de leurs projets et de leurs OKR.

  • Consolider les informations et mettre à jour l'avancement global.

  • Vérifier l'alignement entre objectifs, jalons et livrables, et suivre les échéances clés.

  • Identifier les risques, retards ou dépendances et proposer des actions correctives.

  • Appuyer le CEO dans la vision d'ensemble de l'avancement des projets.

Analyse des blocages & besoins (≈20%)

  • Identifier les points de friction qui freinent les projets.

  • Formaliser les besoins (humains, outils, arbitrages) exprimés par les pôles.

  • Appuyer les leads dans la recherche de solutions et le suivi de leur mise en œuvre.

  • Être force de proposition pour améliorer la fluidité et la coordination entre équipes.

Reporting & visibilité (≈20%)

  • Préparer un reporting synthétique et clair à destination du CEO et des leads.

  • Tenir à jour les tableaux de bord d'avancement.

  • Documenter les décisions, actions et échéances de manière fiable et partagée.

Coordination opérationnelle (≈10%)

  • Assurer la bonne circulation de l'information entre les pôles.

  • Contribuer à la documentation des process et projets.

  • Soutenir ponctuellement les équipes sur certains projets transverses, lorsque cela contribue aux objectifs globaux.
