Pour renforcer notre équipe Finance/Comptabilité, constituée d'une dizaine de personnes, nous recherchons notre futur/e Senior Manager Financial Reporting and Accounting. En lien étroit avec le Responsable Comptable, vous contribuerez à la fiabilité des comptes et de l'information financière des trois entités de Groupe. Vous participerez à la tenue comptable, aux clôtures mensuelles, au reporting et à l'analyse de la performance, dans le respect des normes locales et des politiques Groupe.

En appui du Directeur Financier, vous contribuerez au pilotage budgétaire, au suivi des dépenses, à la conformité fiscale et à la qualité du contrôle interne, afin de soutenir les décisions financières et la performance globale de l'entreprise. 

Votre quotidien sera articulé autour des missions suivantes : 

  1. Vous participerez à la tenir comptable des trois entreprises du Groupe, conformément à la législation locale et au manuel du contrôleur du Groupe, en lien avec le Responsable Comptable : 
  • Vous assurerez l'efficacité des contrôles comptables, et menerez à bien les activités de clôture de fin de mois afin de garantir la production des comptes de gestion et leur intégration dans nos outils pour la consolidation du Groupe. 
  • Vous établirez des rapports, analyserez et interprêterez les KPIs et les informations financières afin d'évaluer les résultats d'exploitation en termes de performance par rapport au budget, etc. 
  • Vous aiderez à la préparation des états financiers et des liasses fiscales annuelles. 
  • Vous aiderez aux audits internes/externes et aux déclarations fiscales pour la France. 
  • Vous veillerez à ce que les états financiers soient toujours à jour, conformément aux politiques du Groupe en matière de provisions, de dépréciation et d'amortissement. 

2. Vous piloterez les rapports de gestion et les analyses financières : 

  • Vous assurerez l'exactitude des remises de fin d'année accordées aux clients et des écritures et rapprochements financiers requis. 
  • Vous assurerez le rapprochement complet des bilans pour les trois entités juridiques du Groupe. 

3. Vous participerez à la budgétisation, aux prévisions et à la planification : 

  • Vous participerez à la préparation et au suivi du budget et des prévisions financières en lien avec le contrôleur de gestion et le Directeur Financier.

4. Vous participerez à la gestion fiscale locale : 

  • Vous assisterez le Directeur Financier dans la planification fiscale et le calcul des taxes applicables.

5. Vous garantirez le contrôle de performance et le contrôle des dépenses d'exploitation de l'entreprise.

6. Vous assisterez le Directeur Financier dans la mise en place d'un système de contrôle interne efficace pour l'entreprise. 

VOTRE PROFIL : 

  • De formation supérieure type Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'un Master en Finances, Comptabilité ou Contrôle de Gestion. 
  • Vous avez une très bonne compréhension de la comptabilité, vous permettant de réaliser une grande partie des missions proposées dans ce poste. 
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur une fonction comptable ou finance au sein de groupes internationaux. 
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise d'Excel, de Power BI, et du Pack-Office en général, avec idéalement une connaissance du système SAP, ou de tout autre ERP.
  • Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais, vous permettant d'interagir quotidiennement avec le Siège de l'entreprise basé en Suisse, et de participer éventuellement à des projets globaux. 
  • Vous êtes reconnu/e pour votre autonomie, votre capacité à créer du lien et à travailler en transverse avec les autres services de l'entreprise. 
  • Vous savez prendre des initiatives, et faire preuve de leadership dans la conduite de vos projets.
