About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
QA Engineer
to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our enterprise-grade product suite. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to test new features, identify defects, and maintain a seamless user experience across all releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Test new features and provide comprehensive feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Write and maintain detailed and efficient test cases.
• Coordinate and manage feature releases with cross-functional teams.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Conduct regression and stability testing on live environments.
• Assist the Customer Success team in reproducing and debugging customer-reported issues.
• Track, log, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Contribute to test documentation, including test plans, strategies, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices.
• Actively participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement sessions.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Total Experience: 2 to 5 years in manual or hybrid QA roles.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and patient with a methodical testing approach.
• Strong understanding of test design techniques, SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and execute accessibility testing using keyboard-only navigation, NVDA, axe, or WAVE tools.
• Working knowledge of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a small, cohesive team.
• Passionate about technology and continuous learning, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with Mixpanel for validating user behavior tracking and event data accuracy.
• Hands-on experience in API manual testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools (including functional, boundary, and negative scenarios).

• Exposure to AI-driven QA tools such as:

• Testim, Applitools Eyes (visual testing), Katalon with AI, KaneAI, QASE

• ChatGPT/Rovo-assisted test case generation

• Ability to leverage AI for test case optimization, defect prediction, and self-healing automation scripts.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Familiarity with security testing concepts and OWASP guidelines.
• Experience with cloud testing platforms such as AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest.
