RWE Project Manager

Within Quinten Health, you will be part of a team of projects managers. In close collaboration with Data Scientists, Biostatisticians, Biomedical Experts, and clients you put your expertise to the benefit of the development of Quinten's activities in the healthcare sector and the execution of projects on several dimensions.

You will be responsible for the successful execution of one or multiple client engagements. You will act as the liaison between the projects and upper management.

You Might Be Involved On Project Such As

• Identify risk factors of disease progression to personalized treatment pathways ;
• Identify sub-groups of patients better responders to a treatment to inform healthcare professionals ;
• Predict long-term risk of exacerbation to anticipate the design of trials ;
• Simulate treatment scenario to bridge efficacy to effectiveness.

More specifically your role covers the following critical areas for our company:

Project management

• Perform project scoping and set up project frameworks, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning
• Supervise and lead project teams in the context of project execution
• Ensure follow-up with account manager and directors: communicate key milestones to project director, anticipate and mitigate risks with project director
• Monitor operational excellence and people skills development
• Secure on time and in quality delivery while managing budget and margin
• Participate in scientific dissemination e.g. via abstracts, posters, manuscripts, conferences

Client management

• Manage the client relationship in a project setting
• Organize and lead client meetings, ensuring thorough preparation and high-quality delivery
• Ensure consistency between operational execution and contractual objectives
• Ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction
• Identify new client needs to translate into commercial opportunities

Business development, in collaboration with the account executive

• Development of commercial propositions
• Contribute to account planning and management

Offering management

• Support capitalization of knowledge
• Participate in the development of the offering development
• Engage and participate in business or scientific events

Profil recherché

Preferred Experience

• Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related and relevant area (statistics, data science, mathematical modeling, biometrics, epidemiology, economics etc.);
• 3+ years of experience in the execution of projects in the healthcare and/or pharmaceuticals sector;
• 3+ years of experience in the execution of data science projects

You Will Be a Good Fit If

• You have synthesis and communication skills allowing you to argue technological choices and explain their risks and benefits;
• You have organizational and rigorous qualities, and a taste for teamwork;
• You have led multidisciplinary teams with diverse backgrounds;
• You master English and French, both orally and in written.
• You have experience reporting to senior leadership and understand the need for clear, relevant updates that support decision-making
