Job Summary
As the Product Manager for one of our most appealing clients in Paris, you'll work closely with the founders, engineering teams by building customer-facing, AI-powered security products from the ground up. You'll be a key player in enabling the mission to make application security invisible by leveraging LLMs and agentic systems. This is a high-impact, product-driven role that combines deep technical ownership with a fast-paced, iterative mindset. You will:
Drive product discovery: Partner with customers to uncover pain points and turn them into actionable opportunities.Shape the roadmap: Prioritize what to build next in collaboration with engineers and founders, balancing clarity with empowerment.Turn insights into execution: Define scope and deliver fast, iterative, impactful product releases.Stay close to users: Join customer calls, validate features, and ensure workflows match real-world use.Establish product practices: Set up lightweight rituals, metrics, and feedback loops to help the team align and move quickly.Contribute to company strategy: Influence not just what gets built, but how it's positioned and delivered to the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of product management or engineering experience in security, infrastructure, or developer product startups.Proven ability to take 0→1 products or features from concept to adoption.Strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex needs into clear priorities.Builder mindset: scrappy, curious, and ownership-driven, thriving without layers of process.Power user of LLM tooling (AI for research, design, or code) with discipline in applying human judgment where needed.Excellent communication in English (our working language).Based in Paris, eager to collaborate closely with the team onsite.
Tech Environment
Likely tools and frameworks: TypeScript/React, Python, , LangChain, OpenAI, vector databases, modern CI/CD, and observability tools.Strong preference for experience or active interest in LLMs, agentic architectures, and developer/security tools.
