International sales Manager (Europe: Italy/France & Latin America-Spanish Speaking)
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development
Formulate annual sales plans and market expansion strategies for electric forklift products in target regions.
Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to adapt localized marketing approaches.
Dealer Network & Key Account Management
Identify, negotiate with, and onboard dealers to ensure channel coverage and quality.
Directly develop key accounts (e.g., logistics, manufacturing) for long-term partnerships.
Payment Collection & Risk Control
Monitor order payment status, coordinate with finance to resolve overdue accounts, and mitigate risks.
Maintain accounts receivable turnover within company targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with product and service teams to provide technical training and customer solutions.
Organize regional exhibitions and promotions to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in international sales of construction machinery/forklifts, with dealer and key account management expertise.
Language: Fluent in English in European, Italian/French will be prefeered. Fluent in Spanish in Latin-american, English / French will be prefeered
Others: Willingness to travel frequently; knowledge of local business regulations and culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 3,500.00€ - 7,000.00€ per month
