M&A and Integration Manager

Your key mission

In an international setting, you will execute the Group's M&A strategy and support post-merger integration across all regions (Europe, Asia, Middle-East, North America, etc.).

Working closely with all departments (Sales, R&D, Operations, Finance, etc.), you will lead the full M&A process: analyze data, build strategic materials, perform financial analysis and valuation, prepare key deal documents, and make recommendations to management. You will also help implement best practices to improve the performance of acquired companies.

This role requires a proactive, independent mindset. You will identify opportunities on your own, work autonomously within your region, and take full ownership of projects from start to finish.

Your responsibilities

M&A

You will be responsible to lead some M&A projects over multiple geographies and you will:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize acquisition and partnership opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead or support all deal phases: screening, financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, negotiations, legal documentation, signing and closing.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (finance, legal, tax, HR, operations, ESG, etc.) and manage external advisors (investment banks, legal, consultants or Solina shareholders)
• Monitor market and competitive dynamics in target geographies and segments.
• Produce strategic insights to support M&A decision-making and investment cases.

Integration

You will be a key representative for the Group in recent acquisitions , working with both Group functions on post-merger projects, with short to mid-term missions:

• Support in defining the integration plan
• Implement and ensure the follow-up of the local projects according to the integration plan (data analysis, production process improvement, pricing strategy, sales & procurement synergies, R&D plan, sales development…)
• Complement Solina PMI (Post-Merger Integration) best practices to ease the integration of future Solina's acquisitions

Your profile and competencies

Education

Master's degree in Business/Finance or Engineering (Food/Agro) ; dual degree is a plus.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in M&A (e.g. Corporate M&A or development, Transaction services or strategy consulting).

Skills and competencies

• Proven track record in executing international M&A deals , ideally in industrial or food-related sectors
• Experience with complex deals : JV, Co-investments, minority deals
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Fluent in English
• Experience with PMI is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across geographies as required (20-30% of the time)
• Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, action oriented and flexible approach, innovative, pragmatic, autonomous and solution oriented.
