We do so by enabling online services to better protect their users while staying compliant with rapidly evolving regulations worldwide through a mix of tailored moderation products (Nima) and services.

Most of our clients are global online platforms and service providers. We provide an intelligent SaaS product that leverages AI to help platforms manage and govern user-generated content in compliance with digital regulations and we deliver advisory services to help platforms in their Trust & Safety operations.

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our go-to-market team with day-to-day tasks that keep things running smoothly. The role is keeping our CRM accurate, preparing simple reports, and helping the team stay organized. It's less about direct selling and more about ensuring the Go-To-Market can work efficiently, while giving you hands-on exposure to how sales operations and client engagement are managed in a growing Trust & Safety company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in lead generation, pipeline tracking, and CRM data hygiene (HubSpot).
  • Conduct market research on our core ICP's and competitive analysis to support outbound efforts.
  • Provide general admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including industry insights, Event and Webinar enrollment and tracking competitor activity or partnership announcements.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (French or German a plus).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or SaaS is a plus, but not required.
