Rattaché(e) à la
Direction Financière
, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la sécurisation des revenus et le bon suivi administratif et contractuel des clients internationaux, avec un focus particulier sur les pays germanophones (Allemagne, Autriche, Suisse).


Vos missions

  • Gérer la
    facturation clients internationale
    , en conformité avec les obligations légales et fiscales (TVA, mentions obligatoires, conditions contractuelles)
  • Préparer, émettre et suivre les
    factures récurrentes et non récurrentes
  • Assurer le
    suivi contractuel
    : contrats clients, avenants, renouvellements, évolutions tarifaires
  • Être l'interlocuteur(trice) clé entre les équipes
    Sales, Finance et Opérations
    sur les sujets de facturation et de contrats
  • Suivre les indicateurs liés au chiffre d'affaires facturé et contribuer à la
    fiabilisation du cash-in
  • Participer à l'
    amélioration continue des process
    de facturation et de gestion contractuelle dans un contexte de croissance internationale


Profil recherché

  • Formation en gestion, comptabilité, administration ou équivalent
  • Expérience d'au moins
    2/3 ans
    en facturation clients, ADV, gestion administrative ou suivi contractuel
  • À l'aise dans un
    environnement international
    et multi-interlocuteurs
  • Allemand écrit requis
    (compréhension et rédaction de documents contractuels simples)
  • Anglais courant
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, autonomie et fiabilité
  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel / Google Sheets et des outils de gestion
