Group Business Investment Director- GIC H/F


Description de la mission

Role intent :
- Lead and manage group investment to ensure clarity and full transparency in investments and business cases
- Support Board of Management to govern the group / corporate investment procedure over coming years
- Implement and lead monitoring on strategic business cases / investments post GIC approvals
- Digitalize Investment process across Geodis group

Responsabilities :
- Support and challenge Lobs, Regions and Corporate functions on investments and business cases presented to GIC
- Advise / influence Group CSO, Group CFO and Board of management on investments (CAPEX/BD) presented to GIC
- Coordinate with Corporate Lead functions (Legal, Treasury, Real estate, compliance, CSR…) to ensure complete review of the investment / business case, before presentation to GIC
- Support Group CSO/CFO and Board of Management to lead and advise the group investment procedure
- Liaise with Regions, LoBs and Functions on any strategy or development topics / projects
- Coordinate the Investment function across the group as well as relations with SNCF Group Investments
- Actively support the CSO/CFO to govern and digitalize investment workflows and linked systems
I- dentify potential optimizations within the investment process by identifying investment trends
