Client:GEODISLocation:Online job listingsJob Category:OtherEU work permit required:YesJob Reference:3541de59711eJob Views:5Posted:12.08.2025Expiry Date:26.09.2025Job Description:FonctionSupport Functions - FinancePosition:Group Business Investment Director - GIC H/FRole Purpose:Lead and manage group investments to ensure clarity and transparency in investments and business cases.Support the Board of Management in governing the group/corporate investment procedures.Implement and monitor strategic business cases and investments post GIC approvals.Digitalize the investment process across the Geodis group.Responsibilities:Support and challenge Lines of Business, Regions, and Corporate functions on investments presented to GIC.Advise and influence Group CSO, CFO, and Board on investments (CAPEX/BD).Coordinate with Legal, Treasury, Real Estate, Compliance, CSR, and other functions for comprehensive review before GIC presentation.Support the Group CSO/CFO and Management Board in leading and advising on investment procedures.Coordinate with Regions, LoBs, and Functions on strategy and development projects.Manage relations with SNCF Group Investments and coordinate the investment function group-wide.Support the CSO/CFO in governing and digitalizing investment workflows and systems.Identify potential process optimizations and investment trends.Qualifications:Over 10 years of experience in Finance.Fluent in English.Experience working in a matrix organization.Education:BAC+5 / MASTERNote: If you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
