What you'll achieve

As the AI Product Manager, you will become part of Dedalus's innovative AI Team, and bring AI to our internal processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining requirements, evaluating the readiness, and managing the implementation of cutting-edge AI products that solve real-world business challenges. In particular the near term focus would be the area of AI applied to internal documentation, and the potential application of agentic AI in this space. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, can do attitude, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.

You will:

  • Collaborate with different teams across the business to gather and prioritise requirements, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business priorities.

  • Evaluate data and cultural readiness of different areas of the business for implementation of AI based on the business case

  • Identify and evaluate third party solutions that could solve our needs and engage with providers.

  • Define the metrics and impact that the AI solution would have

  • Oversee the solution implementation– from MVP to full product, with refinements based on user feedback and impact metrics.

  • Collaborate with different teams across the business to understand their needs, as well as with areas like security and compliance to ensure the needs are compatible with corporate requirements.

  • Communicate to key stakeholders around progress

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in product management in AI related products

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, concepts, and their practical applications.

  • Experience with Agentic AI technology

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

  • Track record of launching successful AI products within an organisation.

  • Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in Healthcare

  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory and ethical considerations in AI product development.
