Role Overview
My client is seeking two high-performing
New Business orientated Sales Specialists
to drive growth across their
IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM)
application portfolio. Based in Paris, this role is focused on acquiring
net-new customers
and expanding their footprint within target enterprise and upper mid-market accounts across France, also within the existing install base.
This is a focussed hunting role (70 NB/30 AM split), suited to a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on opening doors, shaping complex solutions, and closing high-value IT application software deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full new business sales cycle for ITOM and ITSM solutions, from prospecting to close
- Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities within assigned territories and target accounts
- Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and Service Management leaders
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer challenges across IT operations (Cloud & Hybrid infrastructure environments), service management, and digital transformation
- Position and articulate the business value of ITOM and ITSM solutions, including ROI and operational impact
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution consultants, marketing, and partner teams
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools
- Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the ITSM/ITOM space
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of proven success in
B2B enterprise IT application software sales
, with a strong focus on
new logo acquisition - Experience selling
ITOM, ITSM, IT related SaaS, or enterprise IT management solutions - Strong understanding of IT operations, service management processes, and digital workflows
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with a results-driven, resilient mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to large enterprises or upper mid-market customers in France
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL
- Experience working with system integrators and channel partners
- Fluent in
French and English
