Your main responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be a true hunter focused on generating new business opportunities. You will:
- Actively prospect new clients and markets to expand SoftAtHome's international presence.
- Develop the client portfolio by identifying and seizing high-potential commercial opportunities.
- Design commercial strategies tailored to client needs and market specifics.
- Lead commercial negotiations from proposal to contract signing, collaborating closely with internal teams.
- Monitor commercial performance rigorously and propose corrective actions to achieve growth objectives.
- You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and driving business development worldwide.

Profile & Skills we're Looking For
- You have a Master's degree in Engineering or dual technical/commercial background
- You are a confirmed professional with significant experience of at least 10 years selling complex technological solutions in the telecom sector, — either for a software vendor or hardware provider.
- You hold a higher education degree in business, engineering, or equivalent, enabling you to understand the technical and commercial challenges of our solutions.
- You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Hard skills
- Strong Knowledge of the telecommunications sector and associated software solutions.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent public speaking skills, particularly for product presentations and demos in English
