French Customer Support Associate | Work On-site in Beautiful Lisbon

Your Responsibilities
- Assist French-speaking customers with friendly, solution-oriented support.
- Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Offer information, guidance, and troubleshooting in a clear and professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Your Profile
- Native French speaker (Metropolitan accent preferred).
- Solid command of English (B2).
- Must hold EU citizenship or a Portuguese Residence Card.
- Ready to move to Lisbon and start soon.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
