French Customer Support Associate | Work On-site in Beautiful Lisbon

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist French-speaking customers with friendly, solution-oriented support.
  • Handle inbound queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Offer information, guidance, and troubleshooting in a clear and professional manner.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

Your Profile

  • Native French speaker (Metropolitan accent preferred).
  • Solid command of English (B2).
  • Must hold EU citizenship or a Portuguese Residence Card.
  • Ready to move to Lisbon and start soon.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
