Contexte & Objectifs

Nous recherchons un
Project Manager Officer (PMO) Confirmé
pour intervenir sur un projet stratégique de
data mapping
et de
coordination inter-équipes
au sein d'un environnement international et exigeant.


Missions principales

  • Coordonner et assurer le suivi des activités de
    data mapping
    entre les systèmes existants et les nouvelles solutions.
  • Réaliser des
    analyses fonctionnelles
    et produire des spécifications détaillées.
  • Faciliter la communication
    entre les équipes techniques, fonctionnelles et métiers.
  • Identifier les
    dépendances
    et liens entre données, processus et livrables.
  • Animer des
    réunions et ateliers
    dans une approche agile.
  • Travailler en mode sprint, avec une forte orientation résultat.


Profil recherché

  • Trilingue français / néerlandais / anglais
    (obligatoire).
  • Forte capacité à
    connecter les points
    entre les équipes et les analyses.
  • Esprit analytique, rigoureux et orienté solutions.
  • Expérience confirmée (5 à 8 ans) en
    PMO
    ,
    Project Coordination
    ou
    Business Analysis
    .
  • Aisance dans la facilitation et la conduite de réunions collaboratives.


Livrables attendus

  • Analyses et spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Templates de data mapping
    entre systèmes existants et solutions cibles, réalisés avec les experts fonctionnels et techniques.
