Ihre Aufgaben :Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit sind Sie auf dem deutschen Markt tätig und verantwortlich für :Erfassung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der besten Datenbank für Förderungen und finanzielle Hilfen für junge Menschen in Deutschland.Telefonische Beratung von jungen Menschen zu administrativen Schritten, die notwendig sind, um ihre sozialen Rechte zu erhalten – dabei gehst du individuell auf Bedürfnisse und Probleme ein und baust ein vertrauensvolles Verhältnis auf.Beantwortung eingehender Fragen deutscher Nutzer.Bearbeitung von Supporttickets (einschließlich Social-Media-Support).Übersetzungen Deutsch Französisch.Erstellung von Reportings über die Supportaktivitäten.Laufende Recherche zu Veränderungen von Förderprogrammen, Verfahren und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, um Nutzer:innen von WIZBII Money stets aktuell zu informieren. Was wir von dir erwarten :Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Sozialverwaltung) oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss – idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice.Eine echte Motivation, jungen Menschen den Einstieg ins Berufsleben zu erleichtern.Organisationstalent, Anpassungsfähigkeit und Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben.Geduld, Dynamik und Teamgeist.Grundkenntnisse über die deutsche Verwaltung.Einwandfreie Rechtschreibung (wirklich wichtig)Sie müssen Französisch oder Englisch sprechen.
