About The Team
You'll join our Sales Operations team, a cross-functional group at the heart of scaling SumUp's AI-driven initiatives across Revenue Operations and Sales. The team partners closely with Sales leadership, the Platform group, and AI vendors to drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation in our go-to-market operations.

What You'll Do
As an
AI/ML Sales Operations Intern
, you'll support the ongoing development, deployment, and optimisation of AI-driven workflows that power our Sales and RevOps strategies. This is a hands-on, impact-focused internship where you'll work on real business challenges from day one.

• Implement AI/ML Flows & Agents — Collect and categorise competitor pricing information from files, websites, and sales calls.
• Monitor & Optimise AI Scripts — Review AI call recordings and transcripts, identify improvement areas, refine prompts, and track performance metrics.
• Support Key AI Initiatives — Contribute to projects such as the lead scoring model revamp and data enrichment automation workflows.
• Document & Track AI Processes — Maintain documentation of models and workflows, and develop dashboards to monitor adoption and accuracy.
• Drive Continuous Improvement — Run experiments to test and optimise AI workflows, prompts, and automation logic.

You'll Be Great for This Role If

• You're curious about applied AI and how automation can transform business performance.
• You have exposure to AI operations or workflow automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier).
• You're comfortable working with data and turning insights into process improvements. You're a structured, proactive problem solver who enjoys working across multiple priorities. You're fluent in English (French, Italian, German or Spanish are a plus).
• You value collaboration, reliability, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
