catalog of 100+ exclusive short anime series
produced in-house, thanks to our team of mangaka and animators. The app is set to launch soon — and we're assembling a world-class team to make it a global hit.

The Role
We're looking for a
Creative Manager (Ads)
to lead all video advertising efforts for our upcoming
mobile anime platform
.
This role is
partly on-site in our Paris HQ (République)
, as we believe the best ideas happen face-to-face, at high speed.
You'll own the entire creative pipeline:
- sourcing video editors and AI UGC creation tools like
- analyzing our acquisition and retention funnel to produce the best ads
- Producing all ads from idea to publishing, using both outsourcing and your editing skills
- Reporting directly to the CEO
- Identifying and collaborating with
influencers and creators

Your goal: create ads that not only go viral, but also
drive app installs, engagement, and paid conversions
.

Responsibilities
Lead creative production for
mobile ad campaigns
(video concepts, editing, and iterations).Design and test
video ads
for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.Use
AI UGC tools
(e.g. ) and coordinate with
influencers/creators
to produce high-performing content at scale.Manage the full lifecycle of
influencer campaigns
— from sourcing to launch to post-campaign analysis.Use
data analytics for mobile apps
(CPI, ROAS, retention, conversion rate) to measure performance and optimize creative strategy.Collaborate with growth, product, and tech teams to align creative direction with user acquisition goals.
Continuously explore new visual trends, audience insights, ad formats, acquisition channels to stay ahead of the curve.
Profile
3+ years of experience in
mobile app marketing
, preferably in
gaming
,
entertainment
, or
social platforms
.Proven track record in
video ad creation
,
creative strategy
, and
campaign optimization
.Strong
video editing
skills (Premiere, CapCut, or similar).Hands-on experience with
AI-based UGC ad platforms
or equivalent).Understanding of
mobile marketing KPIs
and analytics dashboards (Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar).A mix of
creative vision
and
analytical rigor
— capable of producing content that both inspires and converts.Passion for
anime, storytelling, and digital culture
.Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where things evolve daily.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
