MISSIONS : Votre mission est de piloter le projet au sein du métier études Electrique Electronique et de garantir la tenue de ses objectifs Qualité, Coûts, Délais et Prestations (QCDP). Vous pilotez les équipes de développement pour garantir la fourniture des livrables études.

Vous représentez les études au sein de l'équipe Affaires ou Projet Produit sous le pilotage du Business Manager ou du Chef de Projet Gamme, vous participez à leurs réunions projet ainsi qu'aux revues de conception, aux réunions Architecture et aux Sourcing Committee.:

· Construire et gérer le Contrat de Projet (QCDP)

· Assurer la prise en compte du cahier des charges par les métiers études

· Piloter le projet au sein des études et assurer ses livrables en accord avec les objectifs QCDP

· Construire et animer le planning de développement des études

· Construire les estimations budgétaires avec l'ensemble des équipes de développement concernées et les piloter

· Dans la cas ou une partie des études est faite en sous-traitance, piloter le développement chez les fournisseurs développeurs en lien avec les métiers internes

· Assurer le reporting périodique de l'avancement du projet

COMPETENCES :

· Connaissance et application de processus de développement, vérification et validation des produits

· Forte connaissance des technologies du domaine de l'électricité et de l'électronique véhicule

· Connaissances mécaniques générales

· Connaissance des logiques industrielles véhicule ou similaire

· Notions de finance

· Vous maîtrisez les outils et processus de la gestion de projet.

PROFIL :

· De formation supérieure (ingénieur ou équivalent)

· Expérience d'un minimum de 10 années d'expérience sur une fonction similaire

· Rompu(e) à la gestion de projet et au management transversal, on vous apprécie aussi bien pour vos compétences techniques véhicule au sens large, que pour votre leadership, vos capacités à décider et votre force de persuasion

· Fédérateur, on loue votre esprit d'équipe et on apprécie de travailler avec vous

· Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le contexte business de votre/vos projet(s) et savez tenir vos engagements en termes de QCPD

· Vous assurez la cohérence technique du produit développé en réponse à une spécification du client ou CDC Produit interne, ainsi que le pilotage du plan de développement et notamment du plan de validation

· En interface avec le client pour les sujets techniques, vous êtes donc en capacité d'animer et de piloter une équipe pluridisciplinaire

· Vous êtes diplomate, ouvert d'esprit, autonome et savez prendre des initiatives

· Vous disposez donc d'un très bon niveau d'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
