What You'll Do

  • Responsible for providing technical support both before and after sales, including but not limited to managing projects from initiation to production, as well as ongoing operational projects. Familiar with the various characteristics and usage conditions of the company's products.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for regional distributors and colleagues across departments, providing all necessary support.
  • Handles after-sales repairs in France, including but not limited to processing warranty claims and managing spare parts inventory.
  • Timely processing of customer feedback on technical product issues; responsible for tracking customer feedback, identifying technical issues, and proposing possible solutions. Collects customer requirements and provides feedback to the R&D department.
  • Responsible for organizing, summarizing, and analyzing customer issues to facilitate R&D improvements and upgrades.
  • Prepares and delivers product technical training, and documents maintenance cases.

You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1 or more years of relevant experience in fields such as electric power, communications, electronics, measurement and control technology, instrumentation, automotive service technology, automotive engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Preferred experience in industries such as charging stations, batteries, automotive, electronics, AWD (All-Wheel Drive), and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
  • Strong organizational and execution skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong team spirit.
  • Excellent learning ability, service-oriented mindset, strong sense of responsibility, with a conscientious and meticulous work attitude. Capable of delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within France and to Europe.
