Position

The Sales Assistant collaborates with the sales team and Store Management to achieve sales targets and develop high-quality customer relationships, promoting the Emilio Pucci brand.

Job responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

  • Achieve sales goals set by the Store Manager
  • Deliver top-level customer service, effectively addressing client requests
  • Collect and analyze CRM data to leverage the existing client database
  • Develop retail excellence behaviors, such as personal relationships with customers and individual follow-ups

Visual Merchandising and Image

  • Contribute to window and interior display setups, following guidelines from the Visual Merchandising Manager
  • Adhere to the expected store behaviors regarding dress code and customer approach

Promotion and Product Knowledge

  • Support in-store promotional campaigns to develop the brand and collections locally
  • Maintain excellent product and collection knowledge by participating in special training sessions

Organization and Stock Management

  • Assist in controlling and managing stock, adhering to Maison guidelines
    Perform daily store operations, including cash handling and financial procedures
Profile

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the luxury/fashion industry
  • Experience in selling ready-to-wear (TRW) and accessories
  • Excellent selling and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented
  • Positive attitude and reliable behavior
  • Computer skills and retail management system knowledge
  • Fluent in English and French ( any other foreign language is a plus )
PUCCI MAISON

Emilio Pucci, Marquis of Barsento, founded the brand that bears his name in 1947. He unexpectedly began his career on the Swiss ski slopes, to open his first boutique in Capri in 1950. A citizen of the world, constantly traveling between his native Florence and the holiday resorts favored by the jet set, he envisioned the modern woman following a revolutionary intuition full of style and personality. He dressed such women with easy, immediate pieces that express a new idea of elegance: fast, joyful, spontaneous, effortless. He embraced, with a unique sense of color, the American idea of sportswear, the need for absolute comfort, which he combined with an innate taste for beauty and luxury. He left a permanent mark, summarized by the prints that earned him the title of The Prince of Prints .

On September 1st 2021, Camille Miceli was appointed Artistic Director of Emilio Pucci. She will bring a new chapter in the history of the Maison and embark on a new global project.
