  • Entwicklung und Führung der globalen Content- und Kreativvision über alle Kanäle hinweg (Kampagnen, Digital, Social Media, Retail, PR, Brand Experiences)
  • Steuerung kreativer Ideenfindung, Storytelling und visueller Sprache im Einklang mit der Markenstrategie
  • Leitung der Entwicklung wirkungsvoller 360°-Assets - von der Konzeption bis zur finalen Umsetzung - für saisonale Kampagnen, Produkteinführungen, Markenmomente, Influencer-Aktivierungen und digitale Formate

  • Identifikation und Implementierung neuer kreativer Formate, Trends und Technologien (z. B. Motion, Short-Form-Content, AR, KI)
  • Entwicklung von Styling-Inspirationen für unsere ikonischen Sandalen und Clogs sowie für neue Produktlinien wie Sneaker, Schuhe und Boots
  • Enge, funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-, Merchandising-, Marketing-, Regional-, Performance-Marketing- und E-Commerce-Teams zur Umsetzung einer konsistenten, unternehmenszielorientierten Markenstory und zur Entwicklung von Content, der Inspiration mit messbarem Impact verbindet
  • Koordination externer Agenturen und Produktionspartner sowie effiziente Steuerung von Content- und Produktionsbudgets
  • Förderung einer Test-and-Learn-Mentalität zur Steigerung von Innovation und Agilität in der Content-Erstellung
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken globalen Content- und Kreativteams

Dein Weg Durchs Leben

  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kreativdirektion, Content-Erstellung oder Brand Storytelling
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Führung globaler Content- und 360°-Kreativstrategien
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Fashion, visuelle Trends, digitale Plattformen und Konsumentenverhalten
  • Erfahrung in dynamischen, agilen Arbeitsumfeldern mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis KPI-basierter Entscheidungsfindung sowie die Fähigkeit, markenstarkes Storytelling mit performance-orientiertem Content zu verbinden
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
