En tant que Investors Relations coordinator, vous aiderez l'équipe chargée des relations avec les financeurs et de la thématique finance à garantir la réussite de la participation de l'audience investisseurs et d'une vingtaine de partenaires.
Missions principales
Coordonner les conférences dédiées à la thématique de la finance.
Accompagner les partenaires dans la préparation et l'organisation de leur présence au Sommet (interventions, communication, logistique, etc.).
Gérer les relations opérationnelles avec un portefeuille de partenaires identifiés.
Superviser la visibilité des partenaires sur l'ensemble des supports ChangeNOW (site web, plateforme numérique, outils de communication).
Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes ChangeNOW (solutions, intervenants, communication, production, etc.) afin de garantir la bonne exécution des objectifs fixés avant, pendant et après le Sommet.
Missions complémentaires (en soutien)
Encadrer l'équipe de bénévoles Invest pendant le Sommet.
Contribuer à l'organisation des programmes dédiés aux investisseurs (Funds for Change, Angels for Change, Family Wealth Program).
Assurer le suivi post-événement : bilans, reporting et recommandations pour les futures éditions.
