Dans le cadre de sa croissance, notre client une des plus anciennes sociétés de Capital investissement leader dans son secteur est à la recherche d’un Investor Relations & Reporting Manager (F/H).

Sous l’autorité du Head of Investor Relations, vous intégrez une équipe dont le but des de répondre aux besoins des investisseurs, de préparer les reporting, d’envoyer les informations pertinentes et de répondre à leurs questions.
- Accompagnement des investisseurs existants
- Gestion et suivi des demandes individuelles des LP
- Saisie de toutes les informations relatives à chaque investisseur de la souscription à la liquidation du fonds (Salesforce, Capital Venture)
- Appels des capitaux et distributions
- Préparation et suivi des transferts entre investisseurs
- Gestion et suivi des agents de registre des porteurs de parts
- Transmission des informations au dépositaire
- Gestion de la base de données des investisseurs existants
- Reporting
- Compilation des rapports et préparation des lettres et/où du rapports de gestion
- Préparation des états de comptes individuels
- Envoi des rapports de dépôt
- Emission et envoie des rapports d’impôts étrangers en collaboration avec le CFO
- FATCA / CRS / DAC6 : circularisation, traitement des informations, saisie des données dans la base de données, suivi et transmission avec le conseiller fiscal de la société de gestion.
- Emission et envoi des questionnaires des investisseurs et institutionnels
- Relations avec les investisseurs
- Soutenir l’organisation des AG annuelles
- Organisation logistique
- Liaison et coordination avec les participants et les personnes invitées
- Issu(e) d’une formation bac+ 5 de type école de commerce, vous avez acquis une expérience de 5 minimum sur un poste similaire au sein d’un cabinet ou d’une société de gestion.
- Vous aimez les chiffres et avez une très grande rigueur de travail.
- Vous désirez évoluer au sein d’une entreprise en pleine croissance avec de forte ambitions qui permets à ses équipes d’évoluer rapidement

Un Anglais courant est indispensable pour le poste.
