AI Engineering Tech Lead

This role is about ownership, not supervision.

Artificial Intelligence is no longer an experiment here — it is
already embedded in production systems used by major financial players worldwide
.

To accelerate this momentum, we are looking for an
AI Engineering Tech Lead
who thrives on
shipping real AI systems
, not prototypes.

What you will actually own

You will take responsibility for
designing, implementing, and evolving AI-driven components
that sit at the core of complex financial software products.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Turning
    GenAI concepts into reliable, production-ready systems
  • Working deeply with
    large language models, AI agents, and agent-based architectures
    (Azure OpenAI environment)
  • Writing, reviewing, and challenging code — including your own
  • Making
    architecture-level decisions
    that directly impact performance and scalability
  • Acting as a
    technical authority
    for the AI engineering team
  • Solving hard problems related to
    latency, robustness, and operational constraints
  • Partnering with product stakeholders to ensure AI delivers
    measurable business value

This is a
lead-by-doing role
. Influence comes from expertise, not hierarchy.

You likely bring:

  • A strong software engineering foundation, with
    hands-on AI / GenAI experience
  • Deep proficiency in
    Python
  • Practical experience with
    LLMs, agent-based systems, and Azure OpenAI
  • Exposure to
    containerized and distributed environments
    (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience deploying AI solutions under
    real operational constraints
  • The ability to explain complex technical trade-offs clearly to other engineers
