Head of Sales M/F
based in Paris.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the company's franchise and distributors network across France.
This person will be responsible for developing market strategies, managing key partnerships, and achieving commercial growth targets in alignment with the company's overall vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand franchise and distribution channels in France.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with local distributors and franchise partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments for revenue growth.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine business strategies.
- Lead sales forecasting and performance tracking to meet aggressive targets.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications &Experiene
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar position (ideally within tobacco or vape industry).
- Proven track record in developing or managing distributor and franchise networks.
- Strong strategic mindset, structured approach, and problem-solving capability.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English and French
