Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un·e stagiaire Customer Success Manager, pour rejoindre notre équipe Customer Success pilotée par Quentin (Head of CS) sous la responsabilité de Nicolas (cofondateur & CRO).
En appui direct des Customer Success Managers (CSM), tu contribueras à garantir la qualité de l'expérience client sur l'ensemble du parcours, sans gestion directe de portefeuille. Tes missions comprendront notamment :
Soutien opérationnel sur les différentes étapes de la Customer Journey (onboarding, suivi d'usage, reporting, renouvellement)
Préparation des supports clients (présentations, analyses de données, templates de reporting, recommandations d'usage)
Contribution à l'organisation et à l'animation d'événements clients (webinaires, ateliers, plénières RH, formations)
Collecte et remontée des retours terrain pour alimenter l'équipe Produit sur les axes d'amélioration de notre offre
Appui logistique et coordination dans la gestion des projets clients menés par les CSM
