ALD (Ayvens) is a listed company. Its equity and bonds are listed on Euronext Paris. 

The Investor relations team is in charge of producing the financial communication and of facing investors and analysts. 

The main responsibilities of the intern will be to assist the Investor relations team\:

  1. Produce financial communication materials\: quarterly results, shareholders meeting, rating agencies, others:
  2. Coordinate works with the Finance team which produces the financial statements as well as the commercial, strategy, risk and ESG teams
  3. Propose content and messages to answer investors' questions
  4. Cross-check the information and ensure that the press release, slide pack, script and Q&A are consistent
  5. Review translation from English into French or from French into English
  6. Market watch\:
  7. Market intelligence, analysis of industry trends and peers
  8. Perform sector benchmark studies (activity, financial results and valuation)
  9. Monitor the stock performance\:
  10. Understand stock price and market movements
  11. Help produce the weekly/monthly newsletter for management 
Master 1 or Master 2 student in finance Excellent command of financial techniques (financial analysis, valuation methodologies) and understanding of financial marketsExcellent command of English and French, both written and spoken (including spelling and grammar)Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Teams.
