Nous recherchons un(e) Head of Studio pour piloter notre activité de production et encadrer notre équipe créative.

Véritable chef d'orchestre, vous serez responsable de l'ensemble des projets de production vidéo client tout en intégrant les dernières innovations en intelligence artificielle dans nos process.

Chez Ben&Vic, nous sommes des experts en Growth Marketing. Spécialisés dans l'accompagnement des entreprises B2C et B2B, nous aidons nos clients à booster leur croissance, en gérant plus de 30 millions d'euros d'investissements média.

Créé en 2020, notre ambition est claire : tripler notre taille et notre portefeuille clients d'ici 3 ans. Et c'est là que tu interviens

Missions principales :
Gestion de production & projets
  • Superviser l'ensemble des projets de production de l'idéation à la livraison
  • Établir et suivre les plannings, budgets et allocations de ressources
  • Garantir et optimiser la qualité des livrables et le respect des délais
  • Être en support sur les onboardings, monthly & points annuels.
Management d'équipe
  • Encadrer, former et faire monter en compétences l'équipe de production
  • Organiser les workflows et répartir les tâches de manière optimale
  • Recruter et intégrer les nouveaux talents
  • Animer les rituels d'équipe et favoriser la collaboration
Production vidéo
  • Organiser et coordonner les tournages vidéo clients (repérages, casting, logistique)
  • Gérer les prestataires externes (réalisateurs, cadreurs, monteurs...)
  • Superviser la post-production et valider les livrables finaux
  • Assurer le suivi technique et créatif des productions
  • Assurer le respect de la rentabilité des projets
Intégration de l'IA
  • Identifier et tester les outils IA pertinents pour optimiser nos process de production
  • Déployer et former l'équipe aux nouveaux outils (génération d'images, montage assisté, automatisation...)
  • Mettre en place une veille technologique continue sur les innovations IA
  • Mesurer les gains de productivité et adapter les workflows en conséquence

Ton profil

  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Waterfall, hybride)
  • Excellente connaissance de la chaîne de production vidéo
  • Expérience confirmée en management d'équipes créatives
  • Appétence forte pour les outils d'intelligence artificielle et leur application concrète
  • Maîtrise des outils de production (Adobe Suite, DaVinci, outils de planning)
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du client
