Paris, Île-de-France Bigblue Temps plein
Paris | Full-time | Fluent &
E-commerce is booming — but independent brands still struggle to match the seamless logistics of giants like Amazon. At Bigblue, we're on a mission to change that. We help brands by democratizing best-in-class operations: scaling faster while delivering a five-star customer experience.
Since 2018, we've built a tech-driven logistics platform powering 500+ brands — from fast-growing DTC players to global names like MUJI, Aigle, and Cabaïa. With 110+ employees across Paris, Madrid, and London, our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System) Atlas, and a network of 7 warehouses across Europe, we're solving logistics challenges that others haven't dared to tackle — making fulfillment faster, smarter, and greener.
Backed by $20+M in funding and trusted by the next generation of e-commerce leaders, we're scaling rapidly — from 10 million orders in 2024 toward ambitious enterprise expansion. The journey ahead is bold, and we're looking for the right partner to help us lead the way.

We're looking for a Product Designer. You'll work closely with experienced product managers and engineers (ex: Apple, Vimeo, Kapten…) to design intuitive user experiences and improve adoption of our platform. Whether you're passionate about research, interaction design, or systems thinking, we'll support you in growing your design craft and expanding your scope within the Product team. About the role
  • Lead many design projects across the entire product lifecycle such as leading discovery (to understand customer problems and opportunities), prioritizing with product managers on the high-level solution, designing high-impact features (or improvements) to address those customer problems in the most efficient manner (with minimal resources), fine-tuning the design based on internal and external feedback, writing in-app effective content (design with the lens of language), and testing live output to ensure the features create the impact.
  • Set the user experience vision for merchants and their customers.
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team made of engineers, data, and product managers.
  • Establish customer-centric best practices to make informed decisions while delivering against our goals.
  • Take into account existing insights, technical constraints, business needs, and specific market demands.
  • Be autonomous. Take full ownership of your work every step of the way, from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Take a key part in building Bigblue's brand.
Requirements
  • You have 2+ years of experience with end-to-end UI/UX design at a product-driven tech company. We are flexible in terms of seniority of hire - your salary and seniority are dependent on years of experience (for example 3 years vs 8 years), along with assessment from interviews.
  • You are excited to collaborate with everyone on the team. You believe inspiration can come from anywhere.
  • You are experienced at talking to users and are willing to constantly do so. This is very important to lead effective discovery process (to uncover jobs to be done, painpoints, opportunities, prioritization) or to test output
  • You are willing to throw away ideas if they're not great and positive enough to keep hunting for new ones.
  • You are familiar with the design tools (Figma, Framer, Origami…).
  • You have created and/or maintained design systems, in sync with engineers.
  • You are fluent in French and English, and are able to write effective in-app content
  • You have a portfolio of design projects that shows your understanding of the design process and your great craft skills.
