Dans le cadre de notre développement commercial, nous recherchons un(e) Account Executive Mid-Market (H/F) pour accélérer notre croissance et consolider notre présence sur le marché français.
Basé(e) à Paris, au sein de l'équipe Sales, tu auras un rôle clé et autonome pour conquérir le segment Mid-Market. Si tu maitrises une troisième langue, tu pourras t'étendre sur d'autres marchés (germanophone ou hispanophone) . Tu seras responsable de l'intégralité du cycle de vente, de l'identification des opportunités jusqu'au closing.

Tes missions principales seront :

  • Créer et développer des opportunités commerciales sur le marché français :

    • Prospecter activement les entreprises cibles (Mid-Market) via une approche multicanale (cold call, cold email, social selling).

    • Engager les décideurs clés (C-level, Directeurs E-commerce, DSI) avec une approche consultative centrée sur leurs enjeux.

    • Identifier et mobiliser des "champions" en interne pour faciliter les cycles de vente.

  • Piloter les deals de A à Z :

    • Mener le cycle de vente en toute autonomie : qualification, démo, construction de l'offre, négociation.

    • Gérer le closing et accompagner le processus de signature contractuelle.

    • Assurer une transition fluide avec les équipes Customer après la signature.

  • Contribuer activement à la stratégie commerciale :

    • Être le relais des retours marché pour faire évoluer notre produit et notre discours.

    • Participer à l'amélioration continue des process de vente et au partage des best practices au sein de l'équipe.

Tu seras en étroite collaboration avec le Head of Sales, le reste de l'équipe Sales, ainsi que les fonctions produit, marketing et tech.
