En tant qu'Account Executive France - Mid/Enterprise Market, tu seras un acteur clé de la croissance de Napta sur le segment personnes (30k€–80k€ ARR), en charge du cycle de vente complet sur des comptes à fort potentiel.

Tes responsabilités :
  • Prospection active sur le marché français mid-market : ciblage, prospection, qualification.

  • Piloter les cycles de vente de A à Z : qualification, démonstration produit, réponse aux besoins spécifiques, négociation, closing

  • Comprendre en profondeur les enjeux de tes interlocuteurs (C-Level, DSI, RH, staffing…) pour proposer une approche à forte valeur ajoutée

  • Gérer plusieurs cycles en parallèle, tout en maintenant un haut niveau de rigueur dans ton forecast

  • Créer l'urgence : ce marché en quête de process et d'outil a besoin d'être accompagné pour passer le pas. Tu es en mesure de les challenger pour vendre la valeur de la solution

  • Dynamiser ton territoire, aussi bien sur la prospection des nouveaux comptes que sur le nombre de touchpoints à avoir avec tes interlocuteurs sur tes deals en cours

  • Travailler main dans la main avec nos équipes Customer Success, Produit et Marketing pour faire avancer les deals et nourrir les retours clients

  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus sales : messaging, stratégies de closing, outils…
