Your focus will be on mid-to-large institutional, corporate and HNWI players worldwide.Main Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement a scalable, quality-driven commercial roadmap aligned with revenue growth and client satisfaction.Monitor competitors (benchmarking, pricing, positioning, and service offerings) to ensure Symbiose Management maintains a differentiated, high-quality value proposition.Business Development & Client AcquisitionProactively prospect, engage, and convert high-value institutional clients (insurers, asset managers, banks, forest funds, etc.) in France, Europe, and globally by highlighting the quality and reliability of Symbiose Management's solutions.Target both existing forest asset managers, owners, and potential investors (e.g., institutions seeking ESG compliance or portfolio diversification).Client Relationship & GrowthStrengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent, high-quality engagement, upselling, cross-selling, and advisory support.Ensure client success by anticipating needs (e.g., regulatory shifts, ESG trends) and positioning Symbiose as a trusted, long-term key partner.CRM & Sales OperationsPromote and enhance CRM adoption to maintain high-quality data, improve pipeline visibility, and ensure seamless team collaboration.Implement best practices for tracking client interactions and deal progression.Market Intelligence & Product FeedbackProvide insights on industry trends, competitor moves, and client pain points to refine product offerings with a strong focus on quality and innovation.Collaborate with the CEO and product teams to align solutions with market demand while upholding our standards of excellence.External RepresentationAct as Symbiose Management's ambassador, communicating our quality-driven approach at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Preferred ExperienceExperience:5–10 years in B2B sales, investment, or financial services, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions and closing complex deals with institutional clients. Exposure to forest assets, sustainable finance, or alternative investments is a strong plus.Network:Existing relationships with insurers, asset managers, banks, or ESG-focused investors are highly valued.SkillsStrategic thinker with a commitment to quality and operational excellence.Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills (C-suite level), with an ability to articulate the value of quality-driven solutions.Ability to analyze competitor landscapes and translate insights into actionable strategies.CRM-savvy with a focus on maintaining high data standards and process efficiency.Cross-cultural agility to navigate France/EU/global markets with a consistent quality focus.Tech-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or equivalent).Languages:Fluent English (required); French is a plus.
