Each year, 140M children are born. Birth defects affect 1 in 33 births in developed countries, and in 50% of cases, they are not detected during prenatal examinations. Prenatal medicine is particularly complex, and the scans impose heavy responsibilities on healthcare professionals. They can also be a source of stress for future parents.
Resulting from 5 years of collaboration between world-renowned experts from Necker Hospital and Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio uses artificial intelligence to improve prenatal screening and diagnosis. Based on patented algorithms and a proprietary expert database, Sonio aims to become the reference tool to help practitioners improve screening, reduce diagnostic errors, and optimize pregnant women's medical path.
Sonio's mission is to improve women's and children's health by promoting access and quality of care through technological innovation, medical expertise, and collective intelligence.
About the role
Being an HR at Sonio means enabling the team to thrive in a supportive, fulfilling, and creative environment. Our role is very cross-functional to achieve this mission: recruitment, career management, performance management, administration, office management, and event organization.
The team is led by our Director of People & Culture, who works remotely, and we are looking for an intern to assist our HRBP in Paris with various HR tasks.
Your mission will be:
HR Administration: Daily management of employee topics, collection of payroll variables, and participation in the administrative onboarding of hires.
Office Management: Be responsible for necessary equipment and supplies (supplies, service providers).
Events: Support in organising internal events (team building, end-of-year party, etc.).

Student in Bac+2 to Bac+5 (HR, Assistant, Management). Rigorous, organized, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Based in Paris, you speak English and French.
Location: Paris
Duration: asap for 6 months
Salary: 1300€ per month
