You will be responsible for driving a consistent, competitive, and equitable compensation and benefits framework by overseeing multi-country incentive programs. You will manage both Compensation (Base, STI & LTI) & Benefits, including the development and refinement of program policies, guidelines, and processes, ensuring efficient end-to-end management and effective communication.
Additionally, you will lead various projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Legal, and external service providers.
- Contribute to the design of C&B policies and processes as well as their proper communication in order to contribute to their dissemination and understanding among managers & employees.
- Support process improvements as and when required, contribute to the global planning of the annual compensation activities and support the regional HR in the operational deployment of the annual compensation review.
- Ensure participation in annual compensation surveys and analyze competitive trends in the markets in order to make recommendations.
- Prepare statistical analyses and regulatory studies for the various stakeholders.
- Drive the pay equity project in multiple countries to ensure compensation practices adhere to legislation and act as support to regional teams on the topic. Run analysis on pay equity as and when necessary.
- Monitors STI and LTI programs, including grant planning, pay-outs, and communication across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with Finance to define and implement effective cost models for incentive programs, ensuring transparent expense planning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for incentive programs, offering expertise and guidance to HR Business Partners and broader organizational teams.
- Manage the benefits lifecycle in multiple countries : perform benchmarks, supervise renewals, monitor cost, analyse options to improve the efficiency of programs, produce reportings and deploy communication.
- Propose solutions to improve employee experience on compensation and benefits.
- Contribute to transversal C&B projects and participate to global HR programs and innovation.
Required experience, education & competencies
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, ideally within top-tier consulting firms or publicly traded multinational organizations or HR consulting firm
- Knowledge and experience of compensation and benefits practices.
- Exposure to grading and compensation structuring, ideally within a large multinational.
- Strong project management skills, rolling out global initiatives.
- Have a data-driven mind-set and strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations.
- Ability to communicate technical matters in simple words and actionable plans
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of IFRS2 and IAS19 is a plus.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Advanced Excel are mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Passionate, curious, dynamic, organized, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a matrix-structured organization and to successfully manage competing multiple deadlines.
