We are currently partnering with a pioneering
Medical Robotics
scale-up that is redefining brain surgery. They have developed self-propelled microrobots designed to navigate the human brain with unprecedented precision, reaching regions previously considered "unreachable."

With
significant funding
and over 35 patents filed, they are moving toward human clinical trials in 2026. To lead this transition, we are looking for a
Head of Systems Integration.

The Mission

This isn't just another engineering lead role. You will be the architect of a
Class III medical device
system, bridging the gap between cutting-edge robotics, embedded software, and complex mechanical systems.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Charge:
    Oversee a cross-functional systems team integrating hardware, electronics, and software in a high-complexity environment.
  • Master the Architecture:
    Own the Design Controls (ISO 13485, IEC and the Design History File (DHF) from ideation to commercialisation.
  • Innovate the Workflow:
    Deploy state-of-the-art digital and AI-powered tools to accelerate development velocity without compromising on regulatory rigor.
  • V&V Strategy:
    Drive the system-level Verification & Validation strategy for FDA and CE marking submissions.

Who You Are

  • The Expert:
    6–10+ years in MedTech product development, with a proven track record of bringing Class III devices through the full lifecycle.
  • The Bridge:
    You speak the languages of embedded systems, mechanics, and clinical applications fluently.
  • The Strategist:
    You understand that in neurotechnology, documentation and traceability are just as critical as the code and the carbon fiber.
