is a bespoke events agency specializing in exclusive events on the French Riviera and globally. Since 2015, we have been creating high-class events across the globe. From intimate gatherings in private chateaux to large-scale outdoor festivals with hundreds of guests, our events take place in the world's most stunning locations.
As our portfolio of unique events expands, we're looking for a
Junior Event Project Manager
to join our
Kids' Events Department.
You Role
- Assist the Project Manager at all stages of kids' event planning and execution
- Help manage project documentation (budgets, schedules, checklists)
- Coordinate workflow with contractors and partners
- Monitor deadlines and support task completion
- Assist in organizing logistics for events (transfers, bookings)
- Be present at events to support the team and ensure smooth coordination
- Manage business correspondence in Russian, English, and French
Your qualifications:
- Fluent in Russian, English, and French
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Love for kids and curiosity about the world of children's entertainment
- Interest in the luxury segment
- Previous experience in the event industry or working with VIP clients is a plus
