About the role:

You will be responsible for leading a team of Product Marketing Specialists to develop and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies, shape compelling product messaging, and drive business growth in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will be a key driver in shaping our product marketing strategy, positioning our products effectively, enabling sales teams, and ensuring our marketing efforts resonate with target audiences. This is a strategic leadership role where you will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our market presence and deliver measurable results.

What you'll do:

Develop and Execute Product Marketing Strategy

  • Build compelling marketing strategies that drive both product and brand awareness, customer engagement and deliver tangible results

  • Own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle, responsible for product KPIs and actioning data-driven campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement and retention

  • Proactively identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth

  • Align messaging across multiple business units to ensure consistency and effectiveness

Create High-Impact Sales & Marketing Materials

  • Craft compelling creative strategies and marketing assets to execute through marketing channels

  • Create clear, engaging narratives that differentiate us in the market

  • Define and optimize product positioning to highlight unique value propositions relevant to regional market conditions and opportunities

  • Develop presentations and materials aimed at engaging and informing partners, executives, and sales teams

Drive Market Insights & Performance Optimization

  • Establish and track product and campaign KPIs to measure effectiveness of product marketing strategies

  • Leverage product performance and customer data to inform marketing decisions

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, understand customer needs and behaviour and monitor the competition

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Mentor and manage a team of Product Marketing Specialists, fostering growth and collaboration

  • Drive team alignment to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with relevant Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment across activity to deliver against sales targets, the product roadmap and marketing activity

  • Get buy in from key stakeholders around the business on go-to-market plans, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement programs

  • Coordinate Product Marketing activity with other Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or content marketing

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into marketing strategies

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience creating compelling content and presentations

  • Strategic mindset, capable of aligning marketing efforts with broader business objectives

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to drive data-informed decision-making

  • Experience in fintech and payments would be considered an advantage

  • Fluent in English
